Tour Details
If you are traveling to Turkey for the first time and have a limited time of approximately one week, we recommend two options for your consideration. The first is the Istanbul and Cappadocia Tour, and the second is the Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, and Pamukkale Tour. The Istanbul and Cappadocia option allows for a more relaxed experience with more time for rest, while the latter option covers more cities and therefore entails a slightly more demanding travel itinerary.

Start your day with a delightful open buffet breakfast at your hotel, savoring a variety of fresh and delicious options. At 08:30, your friendly and knowledgeable Tour Guide will greet you in the hotel lobby to embark on a captivating full-day city tour of Istanbul.
First, explore the grandeur of Topkapi Palace, the opulent former residence of Ottoman sultans. Wander through its stunning courtyards and intricate rooms, marveling at the exquisite collection of imperial treasures and artifacts.
Next, immerse yourself in the rich history of Hagia Sophia, a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture. Admire its vast dome, intricate mosaics, and the impressive blend of Christian and Islamic artistic influences.
Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a charming local diner, where you'll have the chance to sample authentic Turkish cuisine and experience the warm hospitality of Istanbul.
After lunch, step into the mesmerizing Blue Mosque, renowned for its striking blue-tiled interior and elegant minarets. Take in the serene atmosphere and the breathtaking beauty of its architectural details.
Continue your journey to the Hippodrome, the ancient heart of Byzantine public life, where you'll see remnants of the chariot races and monuments that once captivated crowds.
Finally, dive into the vibrant energy of the Grand Bazaar, one of the world's oldest and largest covered markets. Lose yourself among its labyrinthine alleys, discover a dazzling array of goods from handcrafted jewelry to exotic spices, and immerse yourself in the bustling bazaar atmosphere.
After a day filled with cultural wonders and unforgettable experiences, you will be transferred back to your hotel around 16:00-17:00. Enjoy a restful overnight stay in Istanbul, reflecting on a day of discovery in this enchanting city.
Morning Cruise On the Bosphorus Strait / Flight to Cappadocia
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, please prepare your luggage and leave it at the reception. Since tonight’s accommodation will be in Göreme/Cappadocia and our tour returns around noon, we will check out of our room. At around 08:30, meet your guide in the hotel lobby, and we'll start the day by exploring the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), where you can taste an array of spices, dried vegetables, delicious sweets, and Turkish delight. Although smaller compared to the Grand Bazaar, this market offers a closer look at the flavors and tastes of the East.
Next, we'll visit the Rüstem Paşa Mosque, famous for its exquisite tiles, before embarking on a scenic 1.5-hour boat tour along the Bosphorus Strait. The Bosphorus has long been a favored spot for celebrities and the wealthy to enjoy the stunning views of Istanbul. After admiring the beautiful houses, mansions, and palaces along the strait, we will return to the hotel at about midday.
You’ll have a brief period to relax and grab a quick lunch before we transfer you to the airport. From there, we’ll fly to the enchanting land of Cappadocia. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Goreme for your overnight stay. Rest well, as you'll want to wake up early the next morning to witness the breathtaking sight of hundreds of hot air balloons soaring above as the sun rises.
